  • The Ark Project (16-40 Mount St)

    The Ark is a 21 level office tower, located in North Sydney’s CBD. It will be a benchmark for environmentally sustainable design. It is intended that the building will achieve a 6 star Green Star design rating. The $101 million project is a unique mix of complex facade with larger cantilevered floors and external terraces. Tri generation gas engines will provide energy for electricity, hot water, heating and cooling for the base building. Titan supplied Thiess with a JASO J300 for its performance in both free-stand ability and super efficient functions.

  • 111 Eagle Street

    Titan has successfully started their latest project in Brisbane, "111 Eagle Street", a $350 million dollar 6 star green rated project of the highest quality commercial office space. Titan is supplying two brand new state of the art Jaso J180LPA-2R electric Luffing cranes for the project. It will be the highest construction in Australia’s history using electric Luffing cranes and Nick Hanlin, Northern Divisional manager of Titan, says that this project, although very challenging, will bring electric cranes well into the construction psyche. Titan is very proud to be working with Leighton’s to make this project a real success. We will bring you more as the project unfolds!

  • Blowering Dam

    Titan cranes has been selected to provide three J300 Jaso towers cranes for the upgrade of the Blowering Dam spillway in Tumut southern NSW. The cranes are positioned down the spillway wall and are an impressive site as you approach the dam. Titan has also supplied 275Kva generators to run the cranes and is able to service the site professionally from its Canberra base. Daniel Phillips ACT & Southern States Manager said it was a very challenging project logistically due to the remote nature of the project and the distance from major towns. He says that the client is extremely happy with the outcome to date and the service we have provided.

  • RNS Hospital Community Health Building

    Titan has been selected as preferred supplier of a Jaso J150-2R-8T tower crane for the construction of the Royal North Shore Hospital’s redevelopment Community Health Building. This is stage one of a $702 million dollar project and is the largest Infrastructure project currently in NSW. Damon Hanlin, Managing Director, says "Titan’s ability to constantly evolve to create total client satisfaction is proving to make the business a market leading force". He goes on to say that the Titan fleet of late model Jaso cranes is proving to be a great move for the business and the clients are very satisfied with the reliability and performance of the Jaso Cranes. Titans Labour force also helps make the whole experience a refreshing one which is one of the aims the Titan company wants the clients to have.
    Titan will also supply more cranes for the second stage of the RNSH project. We will keep you updated down the track.
  • National Portrait Gallery

    Titan has been selected to supply a Jaso J300-2R tower crane for the construction of the new National Portrait Gallery. It is a state of the "art" facility and will be home to some very famous works. The gallery construction has an estimated works budget of approx $80 million dollars.
